My Pontiac
I’ve owned my ‘64 Pontiac Bonneville since 2014 and it’s been a heck of a journey to make it into the car you see here. It involves burned-out wrecks, depression, setbacks, a massive project escalation, and then finally a massively overpowered, supercharged, air-bagged, custom-painted, custom-wheeled, EFI monster. Here is a bunch of videos and stories you can read about it to find out all the saucy details.
My, mates at Mighty Car Mods did this video (CLICK HERE) on the build and its backstory, which shows much of the detail and goes through all the ups and downs.
I’ve been a Street Machine writer since 2002, and I’d always dreamed of having one of my cars featured in Australia’s best car magazine. Telfo and Broads made one of my childhood dreams come true when they featured my car in the April 2023 issue. You can read it HERE
They also did a standalone feature on the engine, which is HERE.
I’ve known the legends at Harrop Performance for decades and they’ve helped me with technical support, access to information, and provided the TVS2650 supercharger on my engine build. Heath came up from Melbourne to make a video on the Pontiac, as well as doing a tour of Warspeed Industries who built my engine. You can watch the episode HERE.
LSX Magazine from the USA did a feature on the Pontiac shortly after it was done. You can read it HERE.
